Important Update: MT5 Trade Commission Structure Change

We would like to inform you about an important update to the MT5 trade commission structure.

Effective 18 January 2025, the round-turn commission for trades on MT5 commission accounts (i.e., for both opening and closing trades) will now be fully charged at the opening of the trade, rather than being split between the opening and closing transactions.

Please note that the commission rate remains unchanged, and the total commission charged will be the same as before this update.

To illustrate this change, here is an example of the MT5 commission calculation, based on a total commission rate of USD 6 per lot for a full trade (opening and closing):

This change applies to all MT5 accounts with the commission and aims to enhance transparency by simplifying commission calculations, making it easier for you to track and manage your trading costs.
