Relationship Manager - Forex

What You Will Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and building trust.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate forex trading products and services.
- Provide timely market insights, analysis, and updates to clients to help them make informed trading decisions.
- Handle client queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of forex market trends, products, and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
