  • The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the forex market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 
  • You should be a proactive problem-solver with a knack for identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and building trust.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate forex trading products and services.
  • Provide timely market insights, analysis, and updates to clients to help them make informed trading decisions.
  • Handle client queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of forex market trends, products, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.

  • Forex trading platforms and tools (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader).
  • Knowledge of international financial markets and trading instruments.
  • CRM systems for managing client relationships.
  • Multilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse client base.
  • Prior experience in sales or client management within the financial services or forex industry.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or forex-specific qualifications are a plus.

Salary
