Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our fintech team. This role combines deep data analysis, database administration (including migration expertise), and a working understanding of DeFi (Decentralized Finance). The ideal candidate is capable of transforming large datasets into actionable insights, managing data infrastructure, and helping guide DeFi integration efforts from a data perspective. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze business and trading data to generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and data models. 
• Manage, maintain, and migrate SQL/NoSQL databases with minimal downtime. 
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and forecasting. 
• Contribute to the design of data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI tools. 
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility. 
• Work closely with blockchain and product teams to analyze and report on DeFi-related performance and usage. 
• Identify opportunities for integrating DeFi elements into data workflows (e.g., staking analytics, token movement, DEX data integration). 

• Ensure data compliance and security best practices. 

  Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, database administration, or data engineering. 
• Proficient in SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or other modern DBs). 
• Experience with database migration projects and data warehouse architecture. 
• Strong experience in BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 
• Working knowledge of DeFi platforms (Ethereum, TON, etc.), protocols, and data sources. 
• Understanding of smart contract interactions and blockchain data indexing is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: 
• Experience in fintech, especially brokerage, exchange, or wallet-based platforms.
